Teacher Tools
I have found a lot of students have not updated their iPads in a very long time. Also, Kathy Stout had me have students make two adjustments to their Safari settings:
Go to SETTINGS....SAFARI
1.) turn OFF Block Pop-Ups
2.) turn OFF Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
Principals and Teachers,
When kids say they are having problems with their iPads or Schoology, one of the first questions or reminders you need to tell them is to:
1. Make sure they are logging into Home Access every 24 hours with their iPads
2. Do not use the Schoology App on their iPads. They have to go in through a browser.
This will solve a lot of the issues (not all of them!), but it is a good first step.
